Thank you for your interest in participating in this research study, "Towards an Understanding of the Role of Persuasion in the Design of e Learning Environments".

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possible significance of persuasion and persuasive technology in the design of online instruction.

Working with the propane course content from RVIA, the researcher has developed persuasive instructional strategies based on other research studies that used persuasive technology techniques in other fields.

This study seeks to determine if incorporating persuasive technology design principles into instructional strategies will produce greater consistency across all learners within an online course in achieving mastery of the learning objectives.
